My Girls are Hilarious!

Just a few funny stories of my girls

Taryn (you know she's always good for a laugh!):

She apparently wasn't too thrilled with what I put on her plate for dinner last night. She took one look at it and said "mommy, can we have something we like after?" So funny! I kinda ignored the question, chuckling to myself, but she asked again and so I asked her "what is something that you like?" and of course she said "ice cream"! Once she tasted dinner she really liked it so I gave in and gave them ice cream.

Olivia:

We always put Olivia in quiet time while the other girls go down for naps. Since Taryn naps in her room I let Olivia have quiet time on our bed. Several times when I've gone in my room after quiet time is over my bed has been made. Thanks Olivia! Well last Sunday I went in there and mine and Beau's church clothes were folded up all nice and put in a pile. I asked Beau if he did it..umm no! Then the other day I went in to tell Olivia quiet time was over and she was cleaning up our bathroom counter! Putting my make-up bag in the cabinet, beau's shaving cream away, and wrapping the cord around the blow dryer and putting that away! She's awesome! So, last night I went up to brush my teeth, Beau was already in bed and the counter was all cleaned up. I was getting ready to thank him for cleaning it up when he told Olivia had done it! This morning I asked her if she had cleaned up the counter and she said, "yes, I did" I told her thank-you and then she said "you and daddy keep making a mess so I have to keep cleaning it up". I love being the mom of a neat freak! I think I need to start teaching her how to use a sponge and some cleaner!
