My darling Taryn started her life of crime at a young age, the little Stinker! We were at the bookstore today and when I went to put the girls in the car I found Taryn with her 'I've done something sneaky' grin on her face and her hands behind her back. I knew something was up and when I picked her up, this is what I found her sitting on!
So we marched ourselves right back into the store and gave them back to the lady and Taryn told her that she was sorry she took them. Then mommy gave her a good talking to about how we don't take things without paying for them, that it is really naughty and she is NEVER to do it again!

Kaylee did that last week! Little snot--she's six! We came out of Borders and I found a book in the back of the stroller. Turns out she put it there because "I thought you would see it and buy it!" Uh-huh. Back in the store with teary eyed Kaylee to give it back!
What? No "We're Hussey's and Hussey's don't steal"???
hahaha! that is soo funny. i love the look on her face in the picture. so "innocent" looking.
That reminds me of when I stole a pack of gum from Lucky and my mom made me return it to the store and "fess up". One of the most traumatizing moments of my life. To this day I remember what the checker looked like. After that whenever we shopped there I was mortified to go into his lane...seriously at 16 years old I'd be so embarrassed. NEVER stole anything after that.;-)
