Goodbye Mo!

Mo has been a part of our family since Olivia was 6 months old. My Grandmother gave it to her when she came to visit us after Olivia was born. Olivia quickly became attached to him and he soon became a constant figure in our lives. He tagged along in the car, went out to eat with us, came to church and most importantly helped Olivia get to sleep at night. We even lost little Mo at Sears once, but about a month later when I called to see if they had found him, sure enough there he was! We told Olivia when she turned 5 Mo had to be put away. She was pretty okay with the idea at first. Then she was a little nervous about it. The day before she turned 5 she told me that she loved him and that it would be okay if she just kept him on her bed. Surprisingly though when the day came, we took one last picture and let her put Mo up with the other stuffed animals in Kerrigan's room. She tossed him up there and waved "bye Mo Mo". No tears from her just a wave and a smile! But there were tears from ME!!!! What a nutcase I am, I can't help it my baby is growing up!
"Bye Mo Mo"
