I decided to cut Olivia's hair last night. Well, I decided to have my mom cut her hair. I like it long, but I just get so tired of her crying everytime I need to come it. We didn't cut too much off, just to a little below her sholders. I like it and am thinking about maybe cutting a little more off. What do you think? Olivia was a little nervous about getting it cut shorter because she didn't want to be a boy!:)

The haircut is very cute! She looks very grown-up, though! I've been trying to decide whether to get Gracie's cut or not. It is so long and never had a haircut, but I'm scared!!
