Olivia's 1st day of Primary

My baby is growing up!!! Last sunday was Olivia's 1st day in Sunbeams. For those of you that aren't familiar with what a Sunbeam is, it is the 3 & 4 year old class at church. The kids start out in the nursery (at 18mo.) just playing, singing songs and having little lessons. Once they turn 3 (they have to wait until the first of the year after they turn 3) they leave the nursery and move into a more classroom like setting. They go in with the bigger kids for singing time and then they seperate with their own age group and they have a teacher that teaches them. This is a big mile stone for the kids in our church! It also is a big deal for the parents or at least for this mommy. I almost cried when I walked her to her class, I couldn't believe she was old enough to be in primary. She is getting so big and so grown-up, she can even reach the drinking fountian on her own now!! I know that sounds silly, but those of you that don't have kids that can do that yet, just wait you might just be a blubbering idiot like me too! Isn't she just so sweet and grown up looking!!!

Lenette -

She looks so cute in these pictures! Did she do well in class? It's crazy how quickly they grow up!

I got your email and I'll send you instructions for things tomorrow afternoon sometime. I'm so sorry we haven't touched base sooner to help with these things - life gets crazier with each day.

love,
Evonne
