Randoms

I wanted to thank everyone for the wonderful compliments on my new glasses! I'm still getting used to them, they're a bit different then what I'm used to. Beau really likes them and since I was ordered to not wear my contacts for a week I'm glad that everyone seems to think they look alright on me. I've been having some problems with my contacts, but I think the problem is finally fixed so I was able to wear them today.

I also got my haircut yesterday! It was getting awfully long and I was really ready for a change. At first I was going to keep it long enough to still pull back in a ponytail, but I just the the stylist do whatever she wanted and it's pretty short. I don't have a picture of it yet, but I'll post one soon. Of course it looked great yesterday, but I'm not fool to think that I can ever get my hair to look the same as the stylist does it! Beau loves it so that's good too!

Olivia finally had her turn at Star of the Week this week! She is so excited, she's been waiting patiently all year to have her turn. She got to take her favorite book in today, of course her favorite book is OLIVIA! On Friday she gets to take in something for show-n-tell and that has been quite a dilemma for her, she wants to take everything! They've been learning about the former and current Presidents this week in Olivia's class, so that's what she's been talking about all week. Yesterday her and Taryn were outside playing and Olivia came running all upset. I asked her what was wrong and she said ( in a very whiny tone) "Taryn doesn't want to be Abraham Lincoln!"....huh?! And then my response (something you never in a million years think will ever come out of your mouth) "Taryn doesn't have to be Abraham Lincoln if she doesn't want to be!" LOL! Seriously...? Olivia was George Washington and she wanted Taryn to play along!

Oh, and for those of you that wanted to see some more wedding pictures, I was going to post some pictures of our June wedding in June! :) I have to tell you though I'm not to fond of my wedding pictures. I got talked into using a family member to save money and the pictures were a huge disappointment! The coloring is awful and Beau and I only have 4 pictures of us together. I'll post the best ones when I can!
