So here's the short version of Kerrigan's birth :). I decided to try and be induced due to the fact that my mom was only going to be in town for 5 days and I really wanted her to be here for Kerrigan's birth. So after some pleading with the Dr. they made me an appointment for the next day which was Tuesday the 18th. Beau and I got there at a little after 6am and were admitted to a room by about 6:30. The nurses gave me pitocin at around 7:30 and the Dr. came in around 7:45-8 and broke my water. I started feeling mild contractions not long after they administered the pitocin, but once he broke my water I immediately started have contractions that were 2 min apart. They got really intense and I it felt like forever before the anesthesiologist showed up to give me an epidural. So I got the epidural around 9:45 and I had just about enough time for my contractions to subside some before I felt the need to push. The nurse wasn't taking me too seriously, but I kept telling her I had to push and after a few times of me saying that she took a little peek and sure enough, baby was on her way. She ran for the door yelled for some help for some one to get the Dr. After about 3 pushes out came our third little princess! I was so prepared to spend all day in labor so I was soooo happy that after 3 hrs. I was done and she was out. As many of you know I dislike being pregnant so much I can't wait for the delivery. 3hrs. was a miracle and the thought that I would never have to do this again was overwhelming! Beau admitted that he got a little teary eyed (which never happened with the other girls) and I too was a little emotional over the birth of our beautiful daughter.

She is just precious. She was a dream the first few nights, only waking up every 4hrs. However last night she sure showed us who was boss waking every 2! We'll get her on a schedule soon enough. The girls just love her! Olivia is fascinated with me nursing her and Taryn just wants to hug and kiss her all the time. We love our sweet little family.
