We finally got around to carving our pumpkins the day before Halloween. The girls were so excited, but they wouldn't get their hands in there to pull out the guts! Seriously, what a bunch of girls!!!!:) I thought at least Taryn would want to get her hands in there, but heck no she wasn't going for that! So they used a spoon and then Beau got out the rest. I did have some fun chasing Olivia around the kitchen with the guts though. I know I'm a mean mommy :), but it was really funny, she didn't cry, just screamed a lot! :)
We didn't get all fancy with our pumpkins, we just stuck to the traditional look! I think this is only the 2nd or 3rd time Beau's ever cared a pumpkin so he left the carving up to me. He drew the design and scooped out the guts.
