Pretty new dresses

These days all Olivia wants to wear are dresses. I'm sorry 'pretty dresses'. I got tired of looking at all of her dresses that are just a touch too short, so I broke down and bought her a new one. Actually there wasn't much of a break down for those of you who know me I love to shop so it was a nice excuse! Taryn's is new as well, she got it for her birthday a couple of months ago, but this is the first time she's worn it. Of course since we had on new dresses we had to pose for pictures. Taryn could really care less, but as you can see with Olivia she was throwing out all the stops! Yes the picture at the top is some kind of pose, I have no idea where she got that from!
We had a good day at church today, except for the last 30min, when the fire alarm went off! I guess there was a malfunction in the system. It sent all of us out in the sweltering heat, they finally sent us all home, and let me tell you Olivia was ready to go! She was scared of the Firemen and of course the heat was getting to her, plus in all the comotion of getting out of the building we'd left her shoes in the nursary and she was pretty upset about that. I'd finally remembered that I had an extra pair in the car, but by then they let us back in the building and then let us go home. Sundays are great nap days and luckily both of the girls are napping. I suppose it's time for me to wake them up, but I am enjoying the quiet!
