HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!

We had a really great 4th of July. We spent the morning together as a family and then went to a birthday for a friends little boy, in the afternoon. My friend Toni just had twin boys a few weeks ago, one of them is still in the hospital, but we were able to meet little Charlie. Her other little Boy Billy was turning 2 and they had a really fun pool party for him. The girls have really taken to the water down here so any opportunity we have to take them swimming we jump. After the party we brought the girls back home and gave them both a nap. We then went out to dinner with our good friends Mike and Tiffeny and their two girls. Taylor is 3 and her and Olivia are good friends. Their other daughter Aliyah is 11 months old so our girls are really close in age. So we had dinner and then went to thsi park and listened to a really awsome Regae band before the firework show. Taryn was having a blast dancing to the music and running around the entire field! She snaked her way everywhere and after about a half an hour of me chasing her down I handed the job over to Beau. It was a beautiful night but so humid and we were all sweating. Olivia wasn't too thrilled with the fireworks display and kept asking if she could go home and get her bed. She covered her face with Beau's hat the entire time and I think even took a little nap during the fireworks. All in all we had a great time and it was a wonderful time to spend together as a family, before Beau had to leave.
